Shipping & returns

Pre-order — ships March–April 2027

CT1 is currently sold as a pre-order. The first production batch is scheduled to ship between March and April 2027. You are charged at checkout and your band is reserved from this batch. We will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch — simply reply to your order confirmation email or write to info@miunda.com with your order number.

Order processing

Once the pre-order batch is released, orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after ordering, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Shenzhen, China. Delivery times below are estimates after dispatch and exclude customs processing.

Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

30-day return policy

You may return your CT1 within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the product is in its original condition with all accessories and packaging. To start a return, email info@miunda.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.

Warranty

CT1 is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, water damage beyond the IP67 rating, or unauthorised repair. To claim, email info@miunda.com with your order number and a description of the fault.
